81Rachel Kam Oi Jay Mahelona, 87, of Kaneohe, an Army and Air Force Exchange Services retiree, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Nathan K. and Jonathan S., sister Mollie Nakamitsu, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
