Charles Lee Manwarring, 78, of Kona, a retired Marine Corps lieutenant colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Okemah, Okla. He is survived by wife Hawley, son William, daughter Nalani, sister Grace York and a grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Inurnment to follow.
