VERGEL ADONIS
Age 75 passed away on July 28, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on June 10, 1937, in Manila, Philippines, the son of the late Marcelino & Rosalina Adonis. He was the third of 8 siblings. Vergel is survived by wife Anna, 10 children (Van Torres, Shelly Yamashita, Trang Ching, Peter Nguyen, John Nguyen, Terrie Dieffenbach, Roz Adonis, Bobby Adonis, Carolyn Moriyama, Suzanne Lanting) and 21 grandchildren. His accomplishments include: acquiring a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration; management of several businesses; service in the Filipino community; Medical Missions in the Philippines; active membership of the church. He enjoyed spending time with all of his grandchildren.
We will celebrate the life of Vergel on August 7, 2012, at 5:00 o'clock, pm with a visitation and 6:00 o'clock, p.m. a ceremony at the Diamond Head Memorial. Relatives and friends are welcome. Aloha attire.
