Billy Joe Bowman, 59, of Mililani, owner of MasterCraft Inc. in Michigan, a Naval Facilities Engineering Command employee and an Air Force veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Detroit. He is survived by wife Diane; daughters Kristie Brosious, Marnie McElroy and Nicole Petersen; and five grandchildren. Services on the mainland.
