Edward E. “Ned” Decker, 96, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Hilo, a former Honolulu Advertiser circulation manager, Assemblies of God minister and a Marine Corps captain who served in World War II, died in Oklahoma. He was born in Narrowsburg, N.Y. He is survived by son Dr. Edward Jr., daughters Julene “Julie” Ignacio and Nadine Davies, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Committal services: 9 a.m. Monday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hospice of Hilo, 1011 Waianuenue Ave, Hilo, HI 96720.
