Yoshio Ishikane, 97, of Hilo, a retired carpenter, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Paauilo, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Jerry, Allan and Harvey; daughters Karen Suga, and Lynn and Nora Yoshida; sister Itsuko Sakamoto; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Sunday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 3 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
