Richard Rinichi Toyama, 80, of Honolulu, a retired state elevator inspection supervisor and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Frances T.; daughter Monica M. Lortz; brothers David K., Yukio, Shigeo and Thomas T. Toyama; and sisters Aiko Tengan and Janet H. Naumu. Visitation:10 a.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 am. Aloha attire. No flowers.
