Mikoto "Mike" Okawaki, 79, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Health employment interviewer and an Army veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Kaunakakai, Molokai. He is survived by wife Hazel H., son Wayne H., daughter Karen K. Kawamura, sister Emily Abe and a grandchild. Private services.
