80Annelle Flesner Hazlett, 74, of Waimea, Kauai, a program manager at the former WFI Government Services, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. She was born in Monona, Iowa. She is survived by sons Anthony and Alexander, daughter Alicia Hartsell, foster brother Charles Graybill and three grandchildren. Services at a later date.
