Thoedore Kazuo "Ted" Kubota, 75, of Honolulu, a retired Times Super Market administrator and purchaser and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Myrna F., sons Kerric and Cory, sisters Doreen Yuen and Eloise Kubota, and two grandchildren. Private services.
