82High Talking Chief Laloulu-Saina Faalo Kolose Laloulu, 78, of Waipahu, a retired truck driver for Hawaii Transfer Co. and Manpower American Samoa, and human resources office employee for the American Samoa government, died in Aiea. He was born in Se'etaga, American Samoa. He is survived by wife Annie; sons Sofala and Simon; daughters Milaneta Kaio, Lilieni Lulu, Lotomua Samoa and Aliimau Leota; brothers Fa'ataape and Iapani; sisters Fonofono Siliga and Pago Tevesini; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at Hawaii First Samoan Assembly of God. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
