Richard Koji Shinagawa, 64, of Mililani, a former sheet metal worker at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Pearl City Nursing Home. He was born in Fukuoka, Japan. He is survived by mother Nancy-Tsurue and sisters Yumiko Sumiye, Linda Alexander and Shirley Shinagawa. Private services.
