Clarence Kenjiro Okamura, 78, of Kailua, a retired administrative services officer for the state Department of Transportation Harbors Division and an Army veteran, died in Nuuanu Hale. He was born in Hono-lulu. He is survived by wife Marie; daughters Anne Hong, Sara Okamura and Karen Yamada; brother George; and sister Clara Kam. No services. Donations suggested to any charitable organization.
