Nobuchika Santo 90, of Hilo died on August 24, 2016. He was born in Kapoho and was a retired land surveyor with Island Survey, Inc. He was also a member of the Hilo Higashi Hongwanji Mission and was a US Army Veteran of World Ward II. He is survived by wife Sachiyo Santo; sons Richard, Raymond and Arthur Santo; daughter Jo Ann Santo; and 1 grandson. Visitation: 10 a.m. on Saturday October 15, 2016. Service: 11 a.m.. Casual attire. No flowers.
