Raymond Tetsuji Nishiyama, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Revlon Inc. accountant and Army veteran who served during World War II, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Akiko U.; sons Randall S. and Myles Y.; and sister Evelyn Komori. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
