81Dean Yukito Izuka, 59, of Honolulu, a Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard supervisor, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Iris M.K.; and daughters Deanna Miyo and Donna M. Izuka. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Valley of the Temples. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
