74William "Bill" Shelton, 90, of Wahiawa, a retired AFL-CIO pipefitter general foreman, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Grace Ruby, son Wayne, brother Thomas, sisters Violet Tavares and May Rogers, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
