79Melvin Siu Hing Fong, 68, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Accounting and General Services supervisor, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hono-lulu. He is survived by daughter Melanie Baji, brother Stephen, sister Luane Lau and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Inurnment: 12:45 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park. Casual attire.
