80Donald Houston Graham Jr., 96, of Honolulu, a developer, died in Honolulu. He was born in California. He is survived by wife Kathryn B., son D.H. "Mac" III, stepson Breck Perkins, daughter Pattiann Smith, stepdaughter Sara P. Hewitt, brother Chester E. Graham, sister Martha McCarter, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Celebration of life: 5:30 p.m. next Monday at Thurston Memorial Chapel at Punahou School. No flowers. Donations suggested to Punahou School, 1601 Punahou St., Honolulu, HI 96822; or Salvation Army.
