73Joanne Mitsue Kimura, 70, of Kaneohe, a retired state government secretary, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons William and David, daughter Laurie Palenske, sisters Carol Yoshioka and Patsy Ideue and two grandchildren. Private services.
