He is survived by mother, Frances M. Bailon; father, Allan M. Bailon; sister, Nicole A. (Youshik Um) Bailon; paternal grandfather, Engracio Bailon; maternal grandmother, Vivian Cabal; numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins.
Visitation 9:30-11:30 a.m. Tuesday (September 21) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Program & Prayer Service 11:30 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
