81Genevieve Nobuko Takemoto Okinaga, 82, of Honolulu, a retired director of children and youth in the Governor's Office, died. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by husband Sam, son Garner, daughter Mia, a grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers.
