79Santos V. Udarbe, 82, of Waimea, Kauai, a retired longshoreman, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Julie; stepdaughter Suzara Viloria; brothers Silvestre, Istanislao and Juan; sisters Bernanda Udarbe and Juliana Gagto; and two grandsons. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Theresa Parish Church, Kekaha, Kauai. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Veterans Cemetery.
