Ernest K. Okasaki, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Foodland Super Market manager, Budget Car Rental sales representative and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Helen, daughters Jan Marushige and Julie Lau, brother Edward, sister Edith Mock, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
