He is survived by wife Wendy, son Jr. Boy, daughter Christie Banaticla, parents Harold and Barbara Ann, brothers Burt and Jeffrey, and sister Joycelin Neilson. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
