William Bernard "Bill" Donnelly, 88, of Portland, Ore., a Standard Insurance Co. employee and Army veteran who served in World War II, died. He was born in McMinnville, Ore. He is survived by wife Rita, sons Russ and Luke, daughters Jill Schneider and Laurel Donnelly, brother Jim, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
