Donald Francis Ha'alipo Coelho, 79, of Kailua, a retired Army lieutenant colonel, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jenny; son John; daughters Donna Wolfe, Gigi Kurz, Arlene Ilae and Edmae Higgins; brother Bill; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Church, Kailua. Mass: 11 a.m. Committal of ashes: 1:30 p.m. at Kailua Bay. Casual attire. No wreaths.
