Jack Hiroshi Fukuki, 90, of Pearl City, an Army veteran, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jean Y.; daughters Arlene Hino and Gail Shimokihara; sisters Dorothy Toma, Ethel Shishido and Mary Hanaoka; and four grandchildren. Private services.
