Sept. 1, 2010 Umeyo Akama, 104, of Wailua Houselots, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Halehaka, Kauai. She is survived by daughter Ruth Wakayama, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren. Services: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Lihue Christian Church. Casual attire. No flowers.
