Susie Shizuko Ishikawa, 83, of Kaneohe, a state registered psychiatric nurse, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Kahaluu. She is survived by husband Walter S.; sons Rex S., Cyrus S. and John S.; daughter Fay S. Van Buskirk; brother Randy Higa; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
