William "Bill" Ruble, 81, of Ewa Beach, an Army veteran who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars with the 101st Airborne Division ("Screaming Eagles") and a Bronze Star recipient, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in New York. He is survived by wife Kuniko M.; sons Anthony B., Joseph C. and Patrick J.; brothers Gerald, Charles, Robert and Christopher; and five grandchildren. Burial: 11 a.m. Friday at Schofield Barracks Post Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
