75Gloria Mary Whiteley, 84, of Hawaiian Paradise Park, Hawaii, a retired federal government secretary, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in San Francisco. She is survived by daughter Marie Louise Whiteley Bygorre, hanai sons Jean P. and Pascal Kong, and hanai daughter Irma Kong. Visitation: 8 a.m. Friday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Cremation to follow at Dodo Mortuary Crematory. Urn committal services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
