Richard M. Irwin, 65, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a retired Navy veteran and Pacific Missile Range Facility communications manager, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Richmond, Va. He is survived by wife Joye, son Scott, daughter Lisa Ardanowski, parents Harold and Jeanette, and sister Nancy. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lihue United Church. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe. Aloha attire.
