Sicily Wilcox "Sissy" Perry, 67, of Kailua, owner of M&S Upholstery, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Lori Paulo, Jackie Kalama and Aileen Waiwaiole; brother Jimmy Kubey; sisters Sybil Petty, Charlene Freitas and Yetta Chu; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. next Saturday at 538 Kaha St., Kailua. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 10 a.m. Nov. 15 at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire.
