79Rachel Akazawa, 77, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a Kauai Police Department secretary, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She is survived by husband Chiaki, son Clayton, brothers Seiji and Paul Okutsu, sisters Mitsuko Matsuura and Margie Shin, and a grandchild. Private services.
