Eduardo Q. Quinata, 75, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran and retired Pearl Harbor Shipyard Shop 71 painter, died. He was born in Umatac, Guam. He is survived by son Earl; daughter Mavis; brothers Jose, Ralph, Antonio, Mariano and Joaquin; sister Ana; and four grandchildren. Services to be held in California.
