Francis Chew Kun Luke, 86, of Honolulu, a retired federal government mechanical engineer and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Dorothy Y., son Michael T., daughter Lisa S. and brother Stanley C.W. Private services.
