Alan Peter Baptist, 76, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Telephone Co. communications installation and maintenance district supervisor and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Kalihi. He is survived by wife Loretta C.; son Michael; daughters Michele Sisiam and Liana Bisch; hanai brothers Eddie, Larry and Ben Wong, and Norman Palenapa; hanai sisters Melsa Ann Takamatsu and Candace Aki; and seven grandchildren.
