72Shigeyo Akamine, 94, of Pearl City, formerly of Kalihi Valley, a retired Flamingo Restaurant pantry employee, died in St. Francis Hospice. She was born in Waialua. She is survived by sons Thomas and Wallace; daughters Nancy Nakamura, Leatrice Sakuma and Sandra Sakata; three sisters; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
