83David Kalani Kihei, 83, of Kaneohe, a mason, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Julie L., son Randal, six grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Graveside services: 1 p.m. today at Valley of the Temples.
