76Cecelia Paieie "Cissy" Luis, 89, of Kaneohe, a former bus driver at Kailua Local Cab , died. She was born in Eleele, Kauai. She is survived by sons Wilbert "Willie" and Warren, and daughters Gaynell and Wilhelmina "Mina." Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaneohe 1st Ward-Waikalua Chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Greenhaven Cemetery.
