Shirley S. Raymond, 97, of Freeland, Wash., a retired investigator with Medicaid in San Francisco, died in Washington. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Stanley and Earl Yamashita; daughters June Baltazar, Troy Nakamura and Pam Uhlig; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Private services.
