Neal Hichiro "Mutt" Matsumoto, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Navy planner/estimator and an Army veteran and member of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Janet Y., son Dr. Keith T., daughter Colleen K. Knighton and two grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. No flowers.
