An active member of various religious organizations at St. Anthony Church in Kalihi and 2007 Nominee for "Parent of the Year" by the Philippine Cultural Foundation of Hawaii, Inc.
She is survived by her sons, Teodoro (Ledi) Sumibcay, Jr., Manuel (Delia) Sumibcay, Remigio (Emma) Sumibcay, Ramon (Tessie) Sumibcay, Joseph (Rouella) Sumibcay; daughters, Benedicta (Abraham) Cabradilla, Silveria Salazar of Philippines, Gloria Sumibcay, Carmen Sumibcay, Bernadette Regala; brothers, Domingo Amansec of Philippines, Wilfredo Felipe; sister, Severina Angoluan of Philippines; 22 grand-children; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Friday (November 26) at St. Anthony Catholic Church (640 Puuhale Rd., Kalihi); Wake Service 7:00 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m. Saturday (November 27) at St. Anthony Catholic Church; Mass 10:00 a.m.; Burial 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
