74Sara Louise Barrett-Lewis, also known as Aka Sirakami Om Anandi, 68, of Fern Forest, Hawaii, a dog breeder and founder of SivaYoga. com and Thirumoolar's Siva Yoga, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Pueblo, Colo. She is survived by husband Roger Simons, daughter Laura Bruland and a grandchild. Private services.
