Glen Baker, 72, of Waimea, Hawaii, formerly of Kalihi and Waimanalo, a Marine Corps retiree who served in the Vietnam War, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Winifred A.; sons Glen and Jonathan; daughters Stephanie Whitesell, Lylac Torres and Ellen Sandoval; sisters Shirley Salazar and Linda Fitzgerald; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Services: 9 a.m. Dec. 9 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 3 (north of Kona Airport). Casual attire. Additional information for an obituary published Oct. 2.
