Dorothea "Dodee" Charlton, 99, of Honolulu, a retired Liberty House department store buyer, died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by niece Beverly K. Brignall and two grandnephews. Services: 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Waikiki Yacht Club. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Lions Club of Honolulu Foundation, P.O. Box 184, Honolulu, HI 96810.
