78Clara Shizuko Kanagawa, 87, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education budget administrator, died in Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Lanai City. She is survived by husband Wayne; son Corydon; brothers Kenneth, Paul and Leon Tomita; and sisters Lily Tomita and Alice Haitsuka. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary.
