Eugene Manley, 88, of Okinawa, Japan, a retired Army master sergeant who served in World War II, Hawaii National Guardsman, Army Reserve lieutenant colonel and a U.S. government transportation manager in Okinawa, died in Okinawa. He was born on Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Aiko and daughter Leimomi. Burial: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mililani Memorial Park.
