73Hoy Chang, 95, of Mililani, a retired civil service employee and chief mobility officer at Kapalama Depot, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Theresa M.L., brother Stanley and sisters Charlotte Kop and Margaret Kau. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Apostle & Evangelist Catholic Church, 95-370 Kuahelani Ave., Mililani. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
